Innovalia Metrology shows at NACMA-3 the latest advances of NanoCMM

On 17 and 18 September, Innovalia Metrology presented at the 3rd Tri-National Conference of North American Coordinate Metrology Association the latest advances of the project NanoCMM: Universal and Flexible Coordinate Metrology for Micro and Nano Components Production.

A research team of Innovalia Metrology, which currently collaborates with Charlotte University (North Caroline, USA), considered the maximum authority in nano-metrology, will give a lecture entitled New high precision scales based design for 3D measurements at Nano Scale.
